I think it would be a wonderful idea for RFC to invite ex players and managers along as guests of the club.
We want SC et al in the ground, giving their support to the team IMHO.
No rumble sticks tho please.

I take it Frank Richardson and all the others involved in '27 are long gone? One of my favourite moments was when Frankie was paraded at Elm PArk ('85?) and had the Stevie Rich song adapted for him.
As players are unlikely can we turn up anyone who was there as a fan in '27? Did RL go?

It may be the fact that Blue flares don't tend to show up too well against a blue sky when your boat is sinking, and amazingly no one sells flares specifically for use in crowded stadia

Rochdale had a green flare at the Bury game. Not ideal for an emergency situation, bloody hilarious otherwise though!
