Start of 2010/11 Season

I know it's probably a bit early but does anyone know when next Season kicks off. Unfortunately I have a bit of a big birthday coming up in August and am being pressured by family to sort out a celebration. Am I right in thinking that the new seasons fixtures are usually released towards the end of June

think it will be around the 14th or 21st August
our first year in the premiership was about the 16th august and that was after a world cup year. We started the season before on the 6th august i believe and the qait between the end of end of the championship season and the start of the premiership one was long because of the world cup
