Ok so who's the biggest minnow of the tournament?

The only New Zealand player I know is the Plymouth striker Rory Fallon.

I know no North Korean players.

Slovakia have a number of semi ok players.

And well Honduras have Palacios and Costly.

Slovenia have dropped a lot in recent years. And Algeria got twatted by Ireland 3-0 in a friendly.

Who will you be rooting for? North Korea have the hardest task vs Brazil, Ivory Coast and Portugal. If they win one of those games though their tournament would be considered a success.

Honduras are in a difficult group but are probably the strongest of these minnows. Still can't see them getting through the group.

New Zealand are going to get smashed I reckon.

I only know Robert Koren on Slovenia but they seem to have a couple of players playing in Serie A with Chievo and they did beat Russia in the playoff.

Smallest country taking part, in terms of population.

If North Korea or New Zealand score, that'll be a shock.

As they're Commonwealth NZ are gonna get a bit of mild support.

I would have loved to have seen Arshavin and Pavlyuchenko at the finals. They will be poorer without them.

Anywas*, I'd say let's go Slovenia but for their group placement, so Honduras I guess since they're from my fed, and maybe people'll stop banging on about my boys' ee-zay route to quadrennial qualification if they put in a good showing here
