LUX I've a random question too.
Which two countries are unbeaten so far in the tournament?
by TBM » 08 Jul 2010 10:39
Thomas L'Heureux As far as I recall, Carlos Tevez is the only Premier League representitive to score more than a single goal at this tournament, with two to his name.

LUX yes.
So if NL lose the final, that will just leave NZ.

Tony Le Mesmer Bizzare that Holland and Spain have never met in a major tournament.

Skyline Given it trumpets itself as 'the best league in the world', there don't seem to be that many players from the Premier League in the later rounds of the WC.
So, has anyone done a breakdown of the leagues that the WC players played in during the 2009/10 season? Be interesting to see what the breakdown is for the leagues represented by teams in the QFs/SFs/Final.

Mr Angry Only 2 current PL players started in the semi-finals; Van Persie and Kuyt. Torres came on for Spain late on.
2 out of 44; best LOLeague in the World.
