Problems buying from the official site?

Guys, I am having problems logging in to the OS to buy the official shirt. When I log in, the server says that I have an invalid password. I tried many times only to encounter the same problem again and again. I even tried to create 2 more accounts and the same problems are still happening.

Has anyone encountered this before and can anyone offer a solution for this?

I even tried to reset my password but it says that I had reset it too many times.( I just created the account!)

I've not tried to buy the shirt - but there were problems with the online ticketing site when i was trying to buy my season ticket - ended up having to do it via the phone.

Perhaps the IT department is on holiday

Ok, I can log in to the site now but there's still problems. Does anyone here experience any problems buying from the site using an credit card? They said that my credit card is declined.

Do you have to register the credit card with the club so there are no problems. I had to inform the T/O when my debit card details changed.
