Even you, and I mean even you could have scored two against BoLOLton.

Gus the teenage cow Berbatov cost more and has been rubbish too, and how much did united play for that serbian bloke tosic? on loan at a german club last i heard, has he even played for them?

Hoop Blah He looks like becoming the costliest flop since Veron, although admittedly Berbatov is running that one pretty close.

Never understood the Berbatov interest to be honest. On his day he's a brilliant highlights package waiting to happen but over the course of a season he's not good enough for Utd.

He needs to be a big fish in a smaller pond where he'll play every week irrespective of effort and performance.

Sun Tzu
City have Carlos Tevez, United have Berbatov.

I reckon I know who's laughing !

Please let me know if I have missed anyone out. Some real LOLz.

But surely at the time of posting those posters ^^ weren't wrong..........

"I've said before, the people of Manchester United are the judges and that is the way it should be. It's their team. I am a guest - a privileged guest." - Berbatov.

Nice to see a player say that.

He would never say that.

Too many definate/indefinite articles for an Eastern European.

With the return of Kat in Eastenders, this thread title makes me think of Berbatov in leopardskin.

Sorry, carry on.

Hoop Blah I stand by my comment 100%.

He's got bags of ability and on his day is capable of brilliant things but he needs to be the big fish in a smaller pond and forgiven for his inconsistencies.

Utd require a bit more than that, but with their attacking options a bit more limited your seeing Berbatov flourish because he's playing every week.

Finerain, now that he's not scored since this thread was started (that's 2 months and 9 games later by the way) is he still proving those doubters wrong?

15 apps 7 goals this season, 1 in 2 for a premiership striker is still good form.

Not sure that 'good form' is quite the rigth phrase, but with Berbatov being linked with a move away, and his early season form a near distant memory do you still think those opinions of him were so wrong?
