Am I the only person who hopes the PL lose and all the money goes out of the game?

Nope.

I'm sure most fans outside of the top prem teams feel the same

But would it? Difficult to be sure what the outcome would be? Maybe the dismantling of the sysyem of selling collective PL rights, so that he Big 4 could all sell their own rights for vast sums and everyone else pick up peanuts?

That's not my interpretation of potential events.

It's a possible outcome - the point is that no-one knows where a PL loss would lead to.

In any case, it's less relevant now than it would have been a few years ago, since the proportion of PL income from overseas rights is now much greater than it used to be.

I don't think anyone knows whats best. At first glance I would say I hope she wins as that should completely screw the amount of money that SKY and the Premiership receives which - in my opinion - could only be good for 95% of the clubs in this country.

On the other hand its such a mess of technologies and copyrights who knows how long it would take to sort the tangles out and legally start breaking SKY's stranglehold.

Not sure abut 95% of clubs - because most of the money in the championship comes down from the PL in the way of solidarity payments. Losing that would be disastrous, if only in the short-term.

Whilst I hate the way money has slowly poisoned football and Sky has helped this along massively... I can't help but not really want to support this landlady.

Surely if she can afford the legal costs of taking this all the way to ECJ over three or four years, she could afford to pay Sky's subscription and was just looking to make a killing for herself?

I think her whole argument is very shoddy.

I also think her winning won't actually do much to help, instead probably making things worse as Sky and the PL scramble to tie up the loop holes and keep their cash flows intact.
