Barry the bird boggler Crawley v Swindon is to be played on Friday 26 November
Droylsden v Leyton Orient is to be played on Monday 28 November
All other ties are on Saturday 25 November (Ebbsfleet or Wimbledon v Stevenage is a 12.50ko)

I bet Orient fans were well pleased with their game in the far north getting shifted to a Monday night.

Dover v Aldersh*t would have been the better choice even if it meant them getting TV money crowd watch would make up for it.

Sunday is the draw for FA CUP 3RD ROUND. It's that time of year again. :D

Terminal Boardom
prostak But it reminded me of something though, I've always wondered how Kingstonian fans feel about AFC taking over their ground. I don't know too much about the situation beyond some financial difficulties at Kingstonian leading to tenants becoming landlords. Is there any resentment at this?

I must admit to being somewhat intrigued about this too. Smacks ever so slightly of double standards.

I've always had this problem, AFCW enthusiasts don't see it the same apparently but I can never remember the arguments

Wasn't there talk a while back at them trying to get a site near Plough Lane? Or have I just made that up?

Good , intelligent refing in the live game. Allowed play to continue, Stevenage score, then second yellow to the player with the dangerous, high challenge.

From what I remember of this, Kingstonians were on the verge of going bust and certainly would have lost the ground - the deal they've got out of it is massively generous, with long-term security of tenure and so on. I forget the exact details, but the deal was so good that Kingstonians bit AFCW's hand off.

Currently undecided - lots of discussions on whether this should be a long-term aim or not.

Reality says that they will probably never have enough support to fill a decent sized Stadium. Kingston is barely 3 miles from Wimbledon Common, so not really that far out.

It depends what you mean by "decent sized". A Walsall/Wycombe type ground would be fine.

Yeah he still plays for us. Sometimes I have to remind myself that. http://www.readingfc.co.uk/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10306~44553,00.html

Swindon 2 Crawley 3

Also Leyton Orient 8 Droylsden 2.

Droylsden will be "disappointed" with that score after being 2-0 up, and 2-1 up going into injury time. 4 players sent off as well (2 for each side)

It suddenly occurred to me last night that we used to have a player called Ben Smith so I wondered if it was the guy who sank Swindon last night.

Even after a small amount of research I still don't know as Soccerbase say he isn't but the Crawley OS say he is.

The truth is out there - anyone know it ?

What have Crawley done to upset you? Surely beating the Swine at there place is a great result for a non league team.

99% sure it's him. If not it's a hell of a conicidence because they look like identical twins with the same name if it isn't.
