Svlad Cjelli Before the fixtures are put in, clubs and the Police can also specify criteria for games on certain days - I bet either Avon or South Wales Police specified no local derbies (and that includes Bristol or the Welsh Clubs meeting) - or even that they couldn't Police a Bristol game at home today.
