Greyhound stadium parking

When the game is over they cone off a bit of the duel carraigeway on the A33 to allow people out of the greyound car park. It's downright dangerous as there is no warning of it, and you have to get over into the outer lane when there are cars steaming up.....so it gives you little time to get across. Who the fack thought it was safe to do this?

i put about this the other day in another thread asking why arnt the cones moved quicker and some one said the van picked em up at about half 5 well after most people have gone
