royalexile I sort of agree Compo but perhaps have the home and away points separate. Wiping out previous seasons points would even keel thing but would not push those up the queue who attend the majority of games. Away support is more expensive and timely but garners only 2 - 5 points IIRC.

Tony Le Mesmer There are 101 ways you could operate the Loyalty system, and they are all wrong.
those that have been to every game inthe last couple of years?
those that have been going for 50 years but not so much these days?
those that have had a ST through rain sleet or shine?
Remember the hasle in 95 for the play off sems? i had to take the afternoon off to queue round the ground with johnny come latelys despite not having missed a game for 2 years. ST holders locked out for Bolton at home as well.
the current system is about as good as you are likely to get.

Wizard Only 320
I've only been going since the first season back in the Championship, bar two matches in about 2003. Missed all the Premier League stuff

Y21_Royal I had exactly 1871 points this morning. Almost made me think twice about getting anymore tickets!

That's never going to happen is it. The club make nothing from away tickets and they are always going to reward season tickets and home tickets more than away tickets because, at the end of the day, they are trying to encourage more people to attend home games.

They'll be a point somewhere down the line where a Stevenage situation will be completely unfair on those new supporters, particular the youngsters who have never had the chance to gain points.

Ian Royal It is madness that points just accrue and accrue so someone who hasn't been for 3 years, but had a season ticket for 5 before that, gets priority over someone who has had a season ticket for the last three years. Or someone who has been to 23 games a season, every season for 5 years, but half of them away - which provide fewer points.
Do people think it's fair, that someone like me who goes to about 12 games a season, almost every season, should have a better chance of getting to one of these games than someone who has only been with us one season but bought a ST?
