Mr Angry She got the decision for the first goal totally spot on, and there have been times when male linesmen have got similar decisions wrong.
Personally, I think both should consider themselves extremely lucky to still be employed today.

Schards#2 5 Live into their fourth successive hour discussing this. It's the sort of story they live for.

No Fixed Abode Yep the decision for the goal was spot on. She did get one wrong shortly after though.
I would like to see a revamp of SKY anyway. Andy Gray is annoying and Keys needs to move on now. As long as they don't get Colin Murray or Adrian Chiles in, I'm all for change.

TheMaraudingDog I'd rather have a woman running the line than be sat in the stands to be fair.

Svlad Cjelli It's interesting that Sky are considering their position, wheras Atkinson was out on his ear alomost immediately. So that means sexism is less of an offence than racism.

Seal Hmmm heard conflicting reports about when it was said - some say pre match, some at half time.
Anyway regardless it does raise some interesting points as mentioned above:-
- If they'd said something racist would they still be in a job this morning?
- What price loyalty? 20 years on service to SKY, will they be allowed their one strike?
I sense SKY desperately want to keep them, but if pressure mounts it may be difficult.
