Pleased to see the action taken. Racism or homophobia wouldn't be tolerated so why sexism.

Good riddance.

Wikipedia On 24 January it was announced that both Gray and Keys would be be banned for one game[8] - missing a game for the first time in Sky Sports history. On 25 January it was announced his contract was being terminated for unacceptable behaviour.[9]

How quick was that ?!?!?

Probably because he made disparaging remarks about an official before the game - nobody would question this decision if he'd said the ref was a useless t£sser.

sounds like he underwent disciplinary procedures after a complaint for the "tuck this in, love" comment
hed have got a written warning, and told "if it happens again, he'll be gone, sky take this sort of thing very seriously etc"

then hes done it again, sky have viewed it as part of the same disciplinary process, and sacked him for the original transgression.

would also explain why keys hasnt gone.

If Keys and Gray had actually been laughing about what they were saying, then they could get away with saying it was just jokey banter.

Not particularly sad to see the back of Gray to be honest, I really don't like the way he's considered himself to be THE authority on football in recent years. Self-important prick really who bottled it and stuck with being a commentator when he could have taken over at Everton a while back.

"Jackson, furious with Gray, immediately turns away and ignores the laughing pair before continuing her rehearsal for a Sky Sports Christmas special broadcast."

Umm, no she doesn't. You can very briefly see her laughing at AG before she gets her serious face back on.

But yes, cretin.

That was from a Daily Mail 'journalist'.

Probably Sky is very blokey ogling after the 'fit' young ladies and no doubt this type of banter happens lots.
But if you're going to chase a organization, that you work for & headed up by Murdoch for money because of phone hacking, there is plenty of ammunition for them to strike back and tarnish a character with if you carry on like that.

however much of a helmet Gray is, Skysports loss will probably end up being ESPN's gain. whatever anyone says his commentary voice is synonymous with the biggest premier league and champions league games, and after listening to the likes of Allerdyce last night, he will be hard to replace.

I dunno, Sky have got a huge budget and there's loads of commentators out there.

He's only the big name because he's been working at Sky for so long. Things change.

Gave up assistant manager's job at Villa under Big Ron to go to Sky.

Hmmm
