floyd__streete Is there a bigger c*nt in football than Cesc Fabregas? Screams at the ref to send the Hudds player off then gives it the big'un after knocking in the pen to knock out a League One side.

He's always been a big c***. So I'm not surprised by your words.

The oldest club in the world are 12 minutes away from knocking out the richest club in the world. Currently 1-0 to League 1 Notts County. Cracking goal it was too.

Why apologise? Are Manchester City another of your hates?

Still, I would have thought it would be better for Manchester City to be out so that they can concentrate on winning the title and preventing Manchester United and Arsenal from winning it.

That's okay --now they can limit their attention to the other two trophies that they won't be winning this year (and make it 4-0 @ HT)

What, with all those foreigners in their squad --and Vieira even?!

Yeah, I don't like Vieria much, but I'd rather Manchester City winning it than Arsenal or Manchester United.

SpaceCruiser Yeah, I don't like Vieria much, but I'd rather Manchester City winning it than Arsenal or Manchester United.

So you'd rather a team buy themself the title, than work for it like Arsenal and Man Utd are doing?

Don't be fooled - Man Utd have been buying the title for a long period - buying up Ferdinand, Rooney, Veron (????), etc. Agreed they have mixed that with home growns, but until Chelsea started splashing the cash in the mid 00's they were easily the highest spenders

Difference is that City are doing it all in one go

Arsenal and Manchester United have been splashing out obscene amounts of cash as well to win their titles.

It's not just that, it's been so oxf*rd boring with them hogging the top 4 over the last oxf*rd 15 years. I tire of them. Change for changes sake, I'd like to see both of them out of the top 4 for a change.

But wasn't that, by and large, cash that they earned from being successful? That's a bit different from a sugar daddy coming in and throwing money at a club.
