tbf to them (west brom) they have only had 4 managers in 11 years.....
Its a odd set up there though, as they dont have a manager.....just a 1st team head coach, so all the player dealings etc are done by someone else.
In order of most recent dated back 11 years:
Roberto Di Matteo, Tony Mowbray, Criag Shakespeare (stand in, 1 game 1 win), Nigel Pearson, Bryan Robson, Frank Burrows, Gary Megson, Cyrille Regis & Allan Evans - 2000.

Bandini It's pretty odd to be able to sack someone and keep them on gardening leave. I suspect that there's a bit more to it.
