PEARCEY Can't see Moyes managing Chelsea. He's not high profile enough. Decent,solid manager but Everton haven't gone places under his management and he hasn't always been starved of funds.

I think you're being a bit harsh on Moyes there. If you look at the budgets he's been restricted too and the league finishs he's had with Everton, I'd say he's done an exceptional job there.
