Chelsea? Good God no. But agree pretty much with what you've said there, Percy. I have to say though, apart from spending a lot on Saha, I don't really recall him having much money to play with. It'd be interesting reading to see who he has bought and for how much.

I think Fellani and Yakubu were both pretty expensive, but I'd agree his market is more the £3-6m bracket for the likes of Baines, Lescott and Jagielka etc.

Agreed, and Cahill IMO his star buy was something like £2m from Millwall, a brilliant piece of business. The Belfast Telegraph says Fellani cost £15m and rising later. That's pretty bold for Everton.

a-done-to death combination of Man U, Man Citeh and Sky normally would barely raise an eyebrow in a brothel these days

Arteta was a meer £2.5million too. He was superb before that nasty injury.

Will he be able to sneak out team selections and tactics from his prison cell, or will Tottenham reluctantly sack him before it all gets too embarrassing for them and police start probing Spurs finances?

Thomas L'Heureux Stunning goal by Wayne Rooney to put 'United 2-1 up in the Manchester derby with just over 10 minutes to play.

Am i the only 1 to notice that this came off his shin? In otherwords, i mis-kick?

Alad must be dissapointed. I remember him slating a Van Persie goal of the season contender because it came off him shin. Said it wasn't allowed to count as a good goal as it was miss hit

Its a good goal but its not like he had a broken arm and the threat of being shot by a Nazi soldier.

Or Trevor Morley's against whoever it was at Elm Park (same week as Sinclairs for QPR as well I think).

I remeber Lita's overhead v liverpool in the League Cup, which clipped the bar i think? was on a par with Sinclair's, obviously apart from the small fact that it didnt actually go in.
