Hmm, I'm not sure I believe reports that he hasn't apologised. He probably did so straight away but is refusing to do so again for the papers. It's the way of papers to want people to apologise again and again. Ashley is probably refusing to speak to them, which is a different thing.

What a plonker he is, though. I remember once reading that he gave Cheryl Cole an expensive car for her birthday, leaving the keys next to the bed for when she woke up. Not very romantic, when she could afford whatever cars she wanted.
