EPR They really should actually correct that, because they are currently offering anybody who is able to buy a ticket in the initial allocation free travel to the game - regardless of where they live, which is obviously NOT what they mean!

No, it's not STAR or the club's decision. It's the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Act) 1985 - no alcohol can be carried on any vehicle seating more than 7 (I think) which is taking people to to a football match.
