Championship Play-offs : Semi-finals 4th - 10th May, Final 19th May
L1 & L2 Play-offs : Semi-finals 10th-17th May, Finals 26th & 27th May.
FA Cup Final date not yet confirmed but will be before 19th May as this is the release date for Euro 2012.

If it is, I guess it also falls down to whether they schedule a mid week league game in the first couple of weeks (seeing as the season finishes a week earlier than this season does).

Having said that, that there's also the first two rounds of the League Cup during August. So I'd imagine it'd be something like:
Championship:
Sat 06/08 - League
Tue 09/08 - CC1
Sat 13/08 - League
Sat 20/08 - League
Tue 23/08 - CC2
Sat 27/08 - League
Would be surprised if a league game was scheduled for Tue 16/08 so I think you're probably safe in your assumption, SFers.
