If we're including loanees, can I have :

Steve Blatherwick (great name!)
David Lee
Neil Clement

Plus a point of order, did Paul Brayson ever turn out for the Newcastle first team?? (wiki says no).

Oh, and shouldn't it be Tommy Wright-Wright-Wright. :D

and I see you all a "Les Taylor" who has also played in (and captained) an FA Cup Final.

That's what I can come up with without looking it up... Probably some obvious omissions...

There was a PL away game we played after an international fixture once, where we made many changes and got tonked. Scott Golbourne played in it and possibly other second stringers.

Wigan IIRC.

It was Bolton Away i believe. We lost 3-0 with a weakened lineup including De La Cruz, Golbourne and Fae.

Peter Bonetti
Peter Osgood
Maik Taylor
Marc Edworthy
Jermaine Beckford

Bonetti was with us as an amateur at the age of 16 - the others all played for Reading on trial and were rejected as not good enough.

Kevin Watson (Tottenham)

Evidence of this is available on the "Premierleague legends" video of Tottenham v Liverpool from the 90s which is available on all good first great western train carriages. Caskey is also featured.

According to internet - It was his last game for Spurs http://www.mehstg.com/livenote.htm
and one of 5 premierleague appearances he made http://www.myfootballfacts.com/Premier_ ... ances.html

LOL, very true. One that has a tv where you can watch 5 free minutes of two Reading midfielders has got to come close though.
