Cancel match ticket on member card

by royal-biscuit-man » 05 Apr 2011 10:01

I'd like to cancel a member card match ticket for tonights game, something more important than football's come up sadly. Can it be done, or is it too short notice?

If you buy a loaf of bread then don't feel hungry can you take it back to the supermarket?

I have no idea to be honest.

Same as at theatres - only if the match is sold out and so the ticket can be resold to someone else.

I find that very hard to believe

However, you might be in luck if you bought this for the original game?

If your situation is more important to Reading FC than taking your money or you give a sob story and they feel sympathy for you e.g. funeral to go to and you need the money for a wreath.

So what happened then? Did they cancel it for you?
