I have always had an irrational dislike of Paul Scholes.

Ban the ginger fcuker for life.

He is deliberately nasty. A Roy Keane in sheep's clothing.

It's a shame no-one's been able to properly land one on him over the years. One that would make him think twice the next time he felt like taking his frustration out on somebody else's legs.

Yeah

The whole event was not a great advert (nor a reason to get enthusiastic) for the future of English football

Paul Scholes is one of the best midfielders this country has had for the last 20 odd years.
Can be a dirty player, but quality.

Would normally agree with you, my favouritest poster, but tbf to city it was an fa semi against their local rivals. It was a massive result.

Plenty of weeping in Stockport, City fans got a good kickin yesterday. Tales on Blue Moon of how they were all attacked and reports of United fans trying to throw City fans off the Wembley Way bridge

Have to say from what I saw City fans are a massive bunch of shithouses.

Anyway, good luck to either Stoke or Bolton.

What i don't get is the obvious delight from Reading fans that United got knocked out. It's understandable if it affected your club, but it doesn't. Makes you sound like a bit of a tit if I'm honest.

And I always thought Reading fans hated clubs who spend big? City have spent the most money of any club over the last 6 years, So a bit of a kantradicktion there.

I imagine there were a few isolated incidents hyped up by interweb trolls. Lets face it the media would be creaming themselves if anything large scale actually did happen. Highlighting a little bit of hand bags among 60000 plus largely middle class supporters and their families is just a way of trying to add a veneer of throw back mystique to an event no more dangerous than the average NFL game.
