The fact that it looks like he didn't apologise suggests to me it was deliberate.

The fact it's a woman is irrelevant, but no footballer with an ounce of decency would collide accidentally with an official knocking him / her over and not make at least some gesture of apology.

You're such a div. That's the most intentional barge I've ever seen. He could easily have gone round her and dropped his shoulder and went straight for her.
