Good manager. Should have been given next season.

2 seasons. How long was Rodgers is charge of Reading? Does that beat it?

Unless they win the Champions League I suspect Chelsea or rather Mr Abramovich will keep changing the manager not matter how unfair it is.

Where were Reading in the League at the time? You've had a decent enough season. Winning the double last season shows he can be a winner. Surely he was worth another season?

better to support a crap team I can be proud of than an advert for everything that is wrong with football. I'd be genuinely ashamed if I was unfortunate enough to be a Chelsea fan.

would be a bit embarrassing (and empty) if they didn't turn up.

Personally, I cannot understand the concept of supporting a team in a city that I was not born in, nor ever lived in.

I used to support Leeds Utd in the early 1970's..............but then I turned 11

I was always taken to Chelsea when I was younger - so that's why I support them. So you are another Reading fans with 'another' team?

Thing is with Reading it just isn't a passionate football town. It's an Mk Dons, a Wycombe Wanderers.... lacks soul and passion.
