PieEater The survey doesn't convey how many people abandoned trying to use the useless online system then either called or headed down to the stadium.
I phoned and the worst you could say about that was it was very busy! Big deal.

PieEater I know and I made my points there, but if 1000 people do the survey and 500 who would have booked online but then phoned say the phone system was OK or busy it misses the point that the online system was a joke. Who's going to look at a lot of comments?
