Reading Football Club's 2010-11 Season Survey

by Stuka » 10 Jun 2011 10:20

Was emailed a survey to complete from the Club but when I answer the questions it keeps going round in circles. If a question was to be asked, "How can Reading FC improve our customer service?" I would answer "Not send surveys which don't work"

They've corrected it now - I got all the way through it on the second attempt (assuming you're talking about the mandatory question on page 3).

These surveys have a major impact on club polices!

As a result of last seasons survey we got more "femaie friendly" stuff at the food kiosks
