frimmers3 has the highest unemployment rate in london..the "plan c" white hart lane redevelopment could go a long way to turn the tide...the lilywhites may be shite,but they could end up with the best kit and stadium in the smoke:)

spurs aren't shite, and as for the new best stadium in the smoke, it sure brought arsenal a lot of trophies! white hart lane is a great place to watch football. you're close to the pitch, the atmosphere in there is buzzing, but you'll lose all of that in a plastic new build.

but it will not be a "plastic rebuild"..it will be a redevelopment of the existing site incorporating the highest single tier stand in british football
