Massive LOLz at the fighting between the teams post game though, actual fists being thrown for once.

For the sake of football i hope Uruguay win on Sunday but my penis will want Paraguay so it has the joy of a naked Larissa!

That was miserable

Sat here in 90+ heat slick w/ick, started 5 minutes late, no audio transmission from the scene before the second half KO (so guys commenting, in Spanish, from a studio in Dallas or wherevz and not knowing wtf, etc)

Venezuela couldn't score, Paraguay couldn't keep their heads together, and it took an extra hour out of my life when I'd've preferred to be lying down and at least resting while trying to sleep

I'm hoping Paraguay put a capper on a genuinely goofy competition by walking off with it --and it's got nothing to do with the dairy queen, who really ain't my type (but of course I'd cop a butcher's just like everybody else)

Penalty should "of" been awarded for a defender's wayward arm keeping the ball out of the goal in the scramble that followed Uruguay's first corner taken on the right

And now 1-0 Suarez on 12' --improbable result of the sequence, but Uruguay fully deserve to be in front

Nope, and the powers that be would've done much, much better to let that Venezuela goal stand in the semi and instead let them be the ones served up for a clobbering here

Muslera at full stretch gets a fingertip to a Valdez effort that ends up hitting the bar and caroming away to safety, and he just now smothered a cross on the deck at his near post as Paraguay fall just short of putting a move together and pulling one back

Too bad he's toiling in obscurity at Crgvno Pzlavdgnx or whatever after transferring from Lazio (a step up I suppose, but still)

Uruguay have snoozed a bit since the break and really ought to get serious about closing this out
