New ticketing website problems

Anyone else having problems buying tickets?

I have been trying to buy them for the Millwall game but it takes ages to load and to look at the seating chart is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

On top of all this all my friends and family information has been deleted. I now have to register them all again to be able to buy tickets together!!

just phone them. they've made so many errors with the new readingfcdirect website that it's not worth using for a while yet.
