Ian Royal No need to act like spoilt kiddies. Remember we've got to play them at home yet. Be prepared to reap what you sow.

Not sure who is acting like anything? :|

Just a question answered as far as I can see.

Maybe I'm too cynical, but I can't help but think the only reason to want his twitter address is to go and give him lip like loads of other people already seem to be.

At the match fair enough. Otherwise it just strikes me as a bit tasteless and lacking in good grace.

He is getting more than enough stick from his own fans, I'm not one to tweet anything to anyone but it is causing just the smallest of grins in reading it.

Agreed. It doesn't seem very classy.

Some Reading fans acting like prats on there. I guess you ask for it as a pro footballer on Twitter.

Long way to go in this season yet, and only one battle won today. Enjoy the moment but don't get too carried away.

I left my iPad down and the next thing I knew my baby daughter had picked it up. Shocking language for a 9 month old!

I bet you wont see the same messages on Shane Longs (if he has one) if we beat West Brom in the cup or something.......

That's because most fans will be too bust slitting their wrists if we get West Brom in the cup again.

If you have the app search for "realmattmills", click on his name and then press the @ icon which shows all the mentions.

TBF you'd have to be a bit of a numpty to set a twitter account up just after losing a play-off final and knowing that a contentious move could be on the cards. I mean.....football fans are hardly the most understanding!

He is getting an absolute slating on there, some of it from his own fans as well!!!!!!

MeagrowRFC is giving him an absolute f***ing on there

This abuse is too much. Leicester spend non existant money disturbing the equality of the league, cheating in my book. That is why it is a satisfying win. It's a finger up at the sleazy smoke filled back rooms of Thailand.

In his head, I think, Reading accepted a 5m bid from Leicester and rightly so. I suspect contemplating selling him to Leicester was enough to justify it. He had tried very hard for promotion with us and it wasn't his fault we were poised to sell Shane.

Sure he went for the payrise, but everyone on Twitter would do the same in their jobs.

At the game, to wind players up its anything goes and I'm worse than many!

But from your keyboard? Give me a break!

Spot on.

All's fair at the match, carrying it on afterwards is pretty lame.

Agreed, pretty shabby but on here it's quite good fun.

Scutt's effort is particularly good.

+1

Was good for us last year, matured since the finger incident. We managed to get in his head for the game and that is all well and good, but the twatter banter is pathetic.
