... not forgetting his wider global influence :wink: at Basingstoke Town, Winchester City (FA Vase winner), Woking, Sutton United and of course his home town club where he started as a trainee. (RFC).

Now back at Eastleigh for 11/12 as a Centre Half! :shock:

On current form, probably, but he's only been doing it for a year, he needs a couple of 25-30 goal seasons before he can reasonably stake a claim to 'best in the world'. I guess as a (very very) attacking midfielder, Messi doesn't count as a striker.

agreed."world class" is an overused cliche,but messi is indeed a class apart.
