If I was making a list of 'club size' all things considered

Man Utd
Liverpool
Arsenal

then some distance to your mid carders

Spurs
Leeds
Villa
Newcastle
Spurs
Man City
Everton
West Ham
Chelsea

then the likes of

Sunderland
Derby
Leicester
Forest
The Sheffields
Norwich
Ipswich
Wolves
Southampton

Forest are only there down to previous success, i've always rated Norwich as a 'big club' their support has been consistently solid even down in League 1, they take 3-4000 pretty much to every away game. Usually Premiership or top end of the Championship but never really won anything.

Is a bigger club one that has a solid fan base regardless of current playing level or one that would get far more if they were higher up the food chain? Norwich being a case in point.

How did West Ham's support hold up the 2nd season they were in the Championship last time out?

Platypuss
Svlad Cjelli Again, according to Deloittes, West Ham are 31st globally and 10th in England.
3. Manchester United 349.8
5. Arsenal 274.1
6. Chelsea 255.9
8. Liverpool 225.3
11. Manchester City
12. Tottenham Hotspur
20. Aston Villa 109.4
27. Everton 96.6
30. Fulham 94.2
31. West Ham United 87.6

Revenue <> support. As the inclusion of Fulham surely goes to demonstr8.

Indeed. And also global supporters does not equate to revenue. For every "official" shirt sold in the Far East, 100+ counterfeit shirts are sol from which the club gets nothing.

I don't think Liverpool should be up there m8. Maybe 20 years ago - not now. % wise they don't fill their ground as some of the others you've listed below.

No Fixed Abode Why? Stats don't lie m8. Diddums.

In the case, would you agree with my assertion that Mark Gower is the most creative midfielder in Europe?

Not anymore, however before big foreign investors got involved it was pretty even. Chelsea are nowhere near as small as people made out, equally they were a run of the mill club with some fluctuating attendances who got lucky with a buyer.

As if to prove the point, tickets for our game with them are selling well and it's likely to be a sellout.

Noticeable that Wet Spam are in the second group, even though they are the only team in the group that have not won the top division. I would have them in the third group, if any.
