Prolly none - that's the whole point of being a neutral.

Did a bit of a fistpump when Iniesta scored in the WC Final coz it meant I won the Nag's FL and a bit of cash.

Remember being quite chuffed when Chesterfield looped in that headed equaliser at O/T in the FA Cup semin against Boro.

Two more great shouts.

Had money on Spain to win the tournament, but also I was disgusted by the way Holland tried to kick their way through the game so any neutrality I had evaporated soon into the game.

Was gutted for Chesterfield when that legitimate goal didn't stand. One of the great injustices.

I was going to post that.

But also when the Bergkamp goal v Argentina in WC88 - a technically perfect goal with great skill that changed a gripping match. One of my favourite goals ever.

Got to laugh at the Mad Stad when the half times are given out. If any of the top teams in the Premier League are losing it's greeted with a cheer. Like it affects Reading. :|

No, this is standard practice for all normal neutrals. Whenever any of the recognised big clubs (Arsenal, Liverpool, ManU) or the "if it moves buy it" pair (Chelsea, ManC) lose (or are losing at half time) it rightly generates happiness.

"Geeks"? Shit man, that stings. Have a heart, yeah?

Apparently Who are ya and Kes are completely unfamiliar with supporting the underdog, which is something almost all sport fans indulge in sometimes, except those who support the teams that are never underdogs.

I get the whole underdog thing and like seeing smaller clubs do well in the FA Cup and all that but why the phuck would a fully grown man get excited enough to cheer at United being 1-0 down at half time when they support Reading, surely on a par with, again, fully grown men booing a big named player whenever he touches the ball

Never happened. Closest was being in the Barca end at Wembley in 92 when Ronald Koeman scored the winner against Samp in extra-time. I did a Clive Thomas. I was level with the goal line and I cannot recall seeing a ball hit any harder.

Because we're all tired as shit of the same 4 or 5 teams being at the top of the league year after phucking year.
