Deffo sub 10. Was about 18 months ago he did it as some challenge or other when Bolt did through sprint through Deansgate.

This makes more sense....the Deansgate track was 150m and Amos did a 100m section in sub 10.

There's no record of Amos 'choosing football over sprinting', he joined the Academy at 11 years old, I doubt he was running sub-10s then.
