Can't complain at that pricing structure. Fair play to both clubs.

Interesting when this fixture was at Broadhall Way it was one of the hardest to acquire tickets for in the whole season, yet this already has damp squib written all over it.

Proof, if it were needed, that away games > home games. Oh and that we have a bigger capacity than them I guess.

Should have guaranteed all that attend that they get first dabs on R4 if we should get Man U at home, or Liverpool etc. I would then think most ST holders would attend, and should they not then they only have themselves to blame should they lose the first chance of a ticket for a glamour tie later on.

Can't see any reason why a ST holder who cant be arsed for say R3 against Stevenage, R4 against Walsall and R5 against Preston, should get first dibs against someone who attended the first 3 rounds.

Ah, this old chestnut again!

People who pay £375+ for 23 matches up front vs people who pay a one-off £12 on the chance that we get a "big club" in R4

Not that we'll sell out in R4 in any case.

We have to make R4 first, unlikely.

lol.

I feel that people who cannot plan if they will attend in advance (for example shift workers) are being unfairly penalised by this cynical pricing structure.

No grumble about the price but one about the fact that season ticket holders don't have any way of securing 'their' (yes, I know we have only paid for league games) seat for this game.

One of the main reason we bought season tickets this season was that my daughter plays football on Saturday mornings and we often can't get to the stadium until minutes before or just after kickoff. It's therefore nice to be able to go straight to our seats with no worries. That despite the fact that due to the number of games we can't make, due to other footballing commitments, pay as you go would work out far cheaper than a season ticket.

My daughter will have a game on the morning of the Stevenage game and, having rushed to the stadium in an attempt to make kickoff, we will now have to hunt around for seats.

Looks like we may well be giving this one a miss.

This leaves me with a big dilemma.
Do I sit with the mongs in the East Stand or sit in silence with the Lower West?

:?:

You could always just try and buy your normal seats. Or you could pick seats that are easy to get to, like aisle seats. Use the online ticket sale facility to pick your seat so you know exactly where it is... TBH you can probably just pick a couple of empty seats at random if you're going up that close to kick off.

It's not rocket science.

Yeah, but since when do they ever check you're sitting in the right place? As long as you go up late and take an empty seat you'll probably be fine. The chances of being in someone's seat at that point will be fairly slim and it's not going to be packed.

I won't be sitting where i normally sit that day now it's unreserved. All the chavs go up the back of Y25 thinking they're suddenly cool are sing some of the worst chants going like when we had West brom last year.

Because someone who has their seat reserved will call a steward over to intervene.

Will the club's cynical, cheese-paring lock-out of the Upper West to sit somewhere different. It's not black tie in the East Stand, is it?
