LoyalRoyalFan What comes under missle throwing then?
I don't think I've ever seen a missle being thrown this season.
Apart from QPR away last season.

The Cube Grimsby's banning order numbers seems excessive compared to number of potential supporters. Is this still from the day when they got relegated (and reacted badly)?

The Cube Also, Dirk, have the FSF or related organisations ever campaigned against the release of arrest statistics? I've always thought it that it was challengeable under English law, and that conviction statistics would be much more appropriate. Numbers of banning orders is a step in the rght direction.

....
The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) will continue to operate a robust prosecution policy for football related offences during 2009/10 and beyond. This means that there will be a presumption of prosecution whenever there is sufficient evidence to bring offenders before a court on appropriate criminal charges and where a Football Banning Order (FBO) is considered necessary. As well as tackling violence, disorder and criminal damage we will deal robustly with offences of racist and indecent chanting and other types of hate crime. We recognise, as do the overwhelming majority of decent fans, that there is a place for humour in football but where the line between humour and offensive behaviour is crossed then positive action will be taken. We will also take firm action against those guilty of ticket touting which will include an application for a FBO.

They're just nutjobs, innit.
I remember TTB doing an article about a trip to Grimsby in the early 90s when a handful of locals wandered up to one the contributors in the away end and asked where the "top boys" were. I've been there a couple of times. Having a pre-match drink in the pubs near the Blundell Park is an experience.
