RobRoyal Has it been pointed out that Manchester United hasn't got an "L" in it?

Harpers So Solid Crew MU can survive with the income they generate, they may be disliked, but MC have a long way to get to be anywhere near MU.

Mr Angry At the start of the season, there were those saying the De Gea looked a bit dodgy, and the usual Fergie apologists came on and said no, he was going to be brilliant......frankly, he has had half a season and looks like a skinny Simon Sheppard; his inability to deal with a basic high ball into the box isn't something that he is going to correct any day soon (he should be shown the video of our game yesterday as both Feds and the Ipswich keeper could teach him how to catch a high ball) and having a dodgy keeper is a disaster for a top 4 club (look at Arsenal since Lehman left).
And that is down - not to the Glazers (another knee jerk response by Fergie apologists whenever United lose) but to Fergie himself; why didn't he try and get the German keeper now at Bayern Munich?

cmonurz Just watched the Blackburn debacle, De Gea has the physical presence of a child. Just had a look at his career and he only had 57 games for Atletico behind him when United signed him - perhaps a case of Fergie signing someone on pure potential, and it just isn't working out.

cmonurz Dodgy signings.
And dropping arguably your best attacking player for having dinner out on Boxing Day evening.

Schards#2 Man Utd 1-6 Man City
Basle 2-1 Man Utd
Man Utd 2-3 Blackburn
Three of the most desperate results in Ferguson's entire reign, all within a month or so of each other.
Worrying times I would imagine.

These worrying times have seen us get level on points, slash the goal difference and get a trip to Amsterdam.
