I'd be surprised if Capello selects him; there will be a LOT of pressure on him not to.
Innocent until proven guilty. If he's found guilty, the FA should then take the appropriate action.

Silver Fox What legal reason was given to delaying this trial? You can be certain that the bloke arrested at Anfield on Saturday won't be waiting 9 months for his day in court

Seems far too convenient doesn't it!
Am I right in thinking that Woodgate was banned from playing for England whilst awaiting trial or was that just once he was found guilty?

You are correct. Woodgate and Bowyer were both banned from selection until the trial was concluded.

Silver Fox Anyway, I see the tactic here now, come July the whole country will so hate Terry and his england team-mates his lawyer will be able to complain that he couldn't get a fair trial
