the only reason the fa cup is still worth watching is because anyone can be drawn against anyone.

as for scrapping relegation from the premiership, that would be a disaster in itself, but to unfairly pick a championship and league one club to be brought back to the top flight is ludicrous. i don't care if they are bigger clubs than most. should all leagues be seeded based on club size? of course not. what a ridiculous idea.

i wouldn't want to be a top flight club that was always safe from relegation. i would rather suffer the heart break of relegation and enjoy the overwhelming satisfaction of promotion than settle for what will ultimately be a bore fest in the same division every season.

They are both just trying to stir up a reaction to get people to phone in to the programme. I would presume they are deliberately being "controversial" as they know what reaction they'll get.

It's not the first time Mr Parry has put forward this bloody stupid idea about seeding the FA Cup after all we all want to see the same old teams always in the last 4 or 8 don't we - as if the Premiership isn't already bad enough!
