I'm not religous but I am considering going to church and pray for QPR to be relegated.

That is astounding, surely its the threat of a 40% pay cut that gets players to really bust their balls at the end of the season to stay up!

Unless they also have a hefty bonus in their contract based on survival, in which case here's an extra  at QPR.

Hard to believe they were that stupid but they are another Chelsea in that they have a mega-rich owner bankrolling them. They could be in trouble one day, just like Chelsea, but only if the owners give up and walk away. This is still loose change to the pair of them.

Barton on £70,000 a week still makes me lol, as does him tweeting that he didn't want to go through another relegation battle and so had to leave Newcastle

I don't understand, if the owner wants to pay it, what the frick has it got to do with anyone else, and also, praying we get relegated, what a prick.

If the chairman wants to pay nit? Of course he doesnt want to pay it. He spent big in Jan to try and ensure you stayed up. He didn't offer relegation wage cuts because if he did none of those players would have joined anyway.

Spent big, massive gamble which could still come off but probably wont. Makes you appreciate our transfer policy even more.

It's a bit of a non-story isn't it?

They can sell players if they can't afford them, or keep them on high wages with the parachute payments and all and have a genuine crack at promotion again like Ding in 08/09

I'm not praying QPR get relegated at all, thats way over the top. That said they were one of the worst set of fans calling us plastic and bemoaning our existence as a club yet they have been operating as a farce to football for the last 4 years on top of this latest fiasco. Their emergence back to the big time has also brought around a few thousand new fans...yet Reading were described as plastic when this happened to us.
Its not just QPR fans that are cretinous morons though...its generally 90% of football fans with these silly stereotypes and attitudes, its really put me off the game. Now with the net and media as powerful as it is, all the views of stupid fans are transmitted so much you can't ignore them.

" need to bring mayhon on, get mayhon on"

It's never brought a few thousand new faces at all, it's brought back a few thousand fans, any fan that endures their club being run like a circus, has a divine right not to go until the club regains face.
You cannot compare us to a club like Reading that are riddled with 2 teamers, yes they have a solid fan base, but the fluctuation in crowd attendances in both clubs are based on different reasons, i still think the owner of the line 'i pray they get relegated' is a bellend.

I don't understand people's beef with QPR? Apart from the ongoing presence of Barton but that only really adds to the LOLz when they are relegated I guess. I suppose the ineligble player furore from last year can't help but that, like Tevezg8, is al in the past now so anyone sensible would of dropped it. The only other thing I can think of is that the ground is horrible for away fans so people would prefer they go down and we go up?

I think 95% of QPR fans would concur with all fans perception of Barton.

Tredder where is your sense of humour? My dislike of Rangers goes way back before they were a boutique club. Of course I won't pray for there relegation. I will though celebrate it, hope they go in to financial meltdown and ruin. The ground knocked down the area flattened and the land sold off as affordable housing for the gypsy community.
