They only brought him on for the pens - the game didn't go to pens........had they kept their other keeper on, that probably wouldn't have happened

Unless the original keeper was made of some sort of material that would somehow have absorbed all of the kinetic energy from the rebound off of the post then I really don't see how anything would be different

Is this just to wind me up? I was at the game, wearing green & white.

Klopp said afterwards that he couldn't understand why Fürth hadn't waited another two minutes - May Grün (the keeper they brought off) is very highly thought of here and will not be playing in the second league next year (Fürth are strong favourites to go up anyway) but the sub keeper is known as a 'penalty killer'.
