Interview with him on Football Focus on Saturday (preview below) - i like him and do think he gets a rough ride from the press.

'Balotelli has turned the garden of his Manchester home into a racetrack for quadbikes.'

Has anyone else heard this? The man is a legend. I'd love him at RFC (most of the time)

Left his studs in three times today, and then a scissor tackle to finish it off. Moron.

Yep the challenge with Song was disgusting. Only time I've agreed with Arsene Wenger...

He can piss off if you ask me, some of those challenges belonged nowhere near a football pitch. He doesn't play for the team, as Gary Neville said, he is just a massive clown. He thinks the whole thing is about him and you know what it isn't. I also oxf*rd hate the fact he is seemingly wasting his talent when there are literally millions of people his age, myself included, that would give anything to be able to have the ability to play football at that level.

I don't care if he is "mad" or "interesting" or "different" yesterday just showed he is a petulant child and for him to moan about getting sent off yesterday after all the bad tackles, give me a break. Just piss off back to Italy Mario.

YOU HAVE A GIFT, STOP WASTING IT YOU MASSIVE oxf*rd BELMONT

Get some media training, Say "you know" in every interview, get a proper haircut, become a boring fcuker like the rest of them and stop wasting your talent.

Schards#2 City have more than enough quality without having to gamble on this liability. They should get rid.

Far from wasting his gift, he has capitalised on it; he is in one of the highest-paid teams in the world, competing in the top two of one of the world's greatest leagues. He gets in the starting eleven pretty often and has scored a hatful of goals.

What he is doing is becoming a liability to that team. At that level, if sendings off and suspensions affect results, the dropped points can be fatal. For this reason, if I were Mancini I'd get shot of Mario (and Carlos) immediately, even if it means taking a loss on investment. If this happens, we may see Balotelli becoming a wandering misfit, like Cantona, Gascoigne, Best--even, in a different way, Anelka; but I suspect he will always get employment, ending up as a total legend. Love watching him playing for others--wouldn't touch him with a bargepole for Reading.

How you can say Cantona is a wandering misfit is beyond me. Yes he did some silly things, but he was a genius and played for the team, for the most part. Cantona could be more > than Mario.

Balotelli will be wasting his gift because he has the ability to play at the very highest level and become a great striker but they way he is going he will waste that and managers and teams will see that he is destructive to a dressing room and he could well end up in obscurity, which would be unfortunate because the best players should always be showcased.

It seems as though he is more focused on the mario show rather than winning the league for his team. Because he has that ability to change a game, it just seems that he would rather have all the attention on him. And if he wants that attention by going round thinking he is Mr Billy Big Bollocks and thinking that he is bigger than the team then he will never achieve anything. After 2 tackles yesterday I would have hauled him off, he was just a walking red card.

Cantona couldn't even get in the national team by the time he came to England. His record in France was Balotelli-like by then. He subsequently missed a large chunk of a season in England after attacking a spectator, and later retired, probably five years early, at a time when France was the best team in the world. Yes, he redeemed himself somewhat in England, but he fell a long way short of his potential in whole-career terms.

Can you still get emergency loans at this stage because I'm sure Leeds would be interested.

What a massive joke that Balotelli is going to be let off a ban for the Song challenge. It's impossible to take the FA seriously.

Especially given the wording of the ruling. No further ban because 'one of the officials had seen the incident' - the FA pointed out that this doesn't necessarily mean that that individual saw the whole of the tackle, only that they saw the two players coming together; therefore no additional ban as it would count as 're-refereeing'. Insane way to manage the game.
