Vision To be fair to Carroll I'm not sure it was a deliberate dive at all. He really is so shit i can believe that he simply can't put one foot in front of the other and try to control the ball at the same time without falling over.

In the Guardian report I think, they said replays showed Carroll may in fact have stood on the ball a little, which actually makes it even funnier.

Selective photography?
BTW what terrific photos those last two are.

Well yes, I was selective in showing pictures of those three diving, afterall, a picture of the off license around the corner from me wouldn't have aided my argument.

So for balance you are going to get photos of all the others?
That would be some job and you'd probably end up needing to go to the Off Licence.

Well assuming it would be as easy as your original post implies, it would still highlight that, at the very least, your holy trinity are in the same league as the other players mentioned.

Sigh, could you make this a little more competitive next time?

Victor Meldrew
No Fixed Abode Got to say, Noel Hunt dived to get that penalty on Saturday against West Ham.

Reading have Hunt and Jobi as resident divers but neither of those are in the same class as Sturridge,Lampard,Drogba and Cashley.
Ironically ,with the criticism of foreigners bringing diving to our game, the two Spaniards are probably the most honest and genuine in the Chelsea side.
