We can take 'em the league is so in our hands now, then pressure is getting to 'em and we're still riding the crest 8)

Football is a strange game. Within 2 mins they've gone from almost nailed on promotion to actually being under threat from both us & WHU. What an exciting run in. Keep your heads Reading you can do this - just draw away & win at home & we're up.

Dont write off Birmingham

Only 10pts away from us (providing they beat Palace - which they currently are 3-1) with 15pts to play for.....HAVE to play both us and West Ham too

That's a lot of ground to make up with only 15 points left to play for. One defeat for them and wins for Reading and Saints and it's over for them anyway.

10 points behind with 15 to play for is also 10 points away with 5 to play

that means they need to average at least 2 points per a game more than us from now till the end of the season

while not impossible, its unlikley

Lose to Brighton, Southampton and Birmingham and that's 9pts they can catch up

If we lose to those three, Birmingham will be the least of our worries.

Yep.

If we give up a 10 point lead in 5 games then we don't deserve to go up.

Ideal
winchester_royal If we give up a 10 point lead in 5 games then that will be because a deaf dumb blind bastard ref allowed leeds to break the ankle of one of our best players, who is key to our style of play, thereby weakening our team and denting our promotion hopes.

Corrected it for you!

That comment is inappropriate.

If we drop that many points due to the loss of a solitary player, we don't deserve them.

At this stage of the season for the teams at the top, a draw is as bad as a defeat; therefore, a draw on Monday between Brum and West Ham would be an excellent result for us.
