Would have had to wait till Monday as was on 495 points, but this has made my day. Off to book trains and seek out some inflatables.

I've emailed the club pointing out the error and asked that they cancel all tickets sold to people under the bands.

You should have emailed them asking them to sort your ticket m8. Fcuking liberties are being taken.

I can reveal that this is what occurred yesterday and I thought that was why you couldn't connect to online ticketing this morning - I had, mistakenly, assumed that they were correcting their mistake. What a bloody shambles. It shouldn't affect us, as we had enough points and got our tickets yesterday morning - but I feel for those who are waiting until their points bracket comes up - they could find all the tickets gone by then (bought by many people who weren't in the right ticketing bracket). A shambolic shambles.

Although I feel a little guilty, I have just purchased 5 tickets although one or two member cards should not have been used until Friday. But what was the alternative?
Be a good citizen, wait until Friday/Saturday, and chances are tickets will be gone.
Or get in there and benefit the screw up from Ticket Master (or whatever they are called).
I do feel sorry for those that are unaware of the screw up today, and may miss out on a ticket. Hopefully though, all those that want to go will be able. Just pleased to have got mine sorted to be honest.

Not so worried about not having a season ticket and still doing all the away games next year now.

Must admit, i do feel a slight twinge of guilt, it's not a nice way to get my tickets, and I can understand why people would be upset, but life's not always fair. They could also get theirs now. I happen to be checking every day because I want to get tickets, so if you snooze you lose. And if I waited until my time, I would probably find that some other barstewards had done what I was too polite to do. So screw waiting in line like a mug for that to happen.

Whether the club will actually go back and cancel all ill-gained tickets is another matter...

I'd be surprised if they sell out anyway, so hopefully this just gets the TO ahead of processing.
