TBM Just hope Leicester are up for it when West Ham visit next weekend

Leicester are still within a shout of the play-offs - what a bizarre league this can be. Hopefully they'll still have something to play for and take a point off West Ham.

Makes last night's three points absolutely crucial.

And you have to say a West Ham win is good for us, keeps the pressure on, means we have to keep going right to the end. Good for us I reckon.

Sitting at home watching on Al Jaz Sport while Skyping the family in the 'Ding. Conversation has been interspersed with three expletives and a call for the son of god.

BHA look knackered and shell shocked.

Look at the other side, with City beating Brum and Doncaster winning then Pompey will be relegated!

Brum pull one back (not exactly breaking news I know)

Leicester a goal down at Millwall --they (and, lesserly, Watford) were my dark horse for a late charge into the top six

Forest would make themselves safe with a defeat of Blackpool if also Burnley hold on to beat Coventry

We'd of course welcome any such development

Terrible scores for us so far today. We need the relegation issue to remain as close as possible Bristol City ad Coventry.

Equally, I would rather Brum get their play off spot confirmed before the final game. They will, I'm sure, but three points for them today would pretty much wrap it up, esp if BHA and middlesboro' drop points.

How does this (particularly the latter result) help us?

Agreed. Plus we hope Leicester and Hull have something to play for when they come up against Southampton and WHU.

Excellent.

So we need Brighton to score 3 times, Birmingham to score twice, Coventry to score twice, Leicester to score twice, Barnsley to score, Boro to score, Forest to score and Hull to score.

What we need is 4 points from the next three games...including two home games and a final game against a team currently losing to a relegation candidate. And west ham to three in a row just to have a chance.

Would you guys calm down....jesus. Its in OUR hands.

It doesn't, but it's a nice situation to happen.

We have 2 games at home next against teams who have zero to play for who will be thinking about their summer holidays so there is nothing to worry about

There is a very real possibility WHU could win their last 4 games. No pressure on them now really. Shocked at Leicester & Birmingham..

Veto any hopes of Coventry taking anything from today --sooner would see Forest (do their own part in beating Blackpool to end up) free and clear of the drop and reaching for the pipe and slippers by the close of business to-day

And Cov won't be of any use at Saints in the finale even if they should survive this round and the next two

I can see us bottling the next two games and then needing a win at Birmingham :(

5-0 West Ham
