Not really. They'll be sponsored by a fixed sum at the start of the season. If they were too receive "bonuses" throughout the year, it might well be dodgy, but that's as far as it goes.
Clubs aren't go to throw games for a little extra from sponsors, given the repercussions from getting caught.
