Wigan survived by winning at Stoke on the last day last season. Add to that that Stoke have been on the beah for the last month and it is a more than possible result.

Add to that Stoke managed to lose to QPR .... and QPR are unbelievable crap.

Feel so sorry for that bloke. Really hoped they'd get out of the mire as they started to get a few results but the last 2 months they've been awful.

Although they are angry at the Venkys, the fans should take some responsibility for the mess this season. The atmosphere @ Ewood is toxic & the fans have made it a self-fulfilling prophecy by not backing the manager & the players. Shame.

You have to say that being a Blackburn fans must be pretty horrendous right now. Regardless of one's position on Kean and the Venky's, being in a stadium with that much anger and negativity can't be fun.

I don't know about you, but I was confident enough in the club to know we weren't facing disaster when we were relegated. I think Blackburn fans can already see League 1 coming.

Of course it's not quite the same but there's nothing more gutting than going down. The worst feeling ever. Kean has acted with such dignity throughout. Hats off to the bloke - he must be devastated he couldn't get the fans onside but he kept plugging away.

Quite sad for them actually. Didn't want them to go down.

Great sympathy for Kean. Impossible circumstances brought on by the owners and the fans, who are responsible for at least about 75% of the clubs' plight. If you spend every home game directing hatred and bile at your manager and team, don't expect them to have the home form to stay up.
