Friday's Legacy

Roberts watched a copy of the dvd a couple of nights ago. I don't know whether it was a pre-edited copy or the final copy.

I just hope they have BBCRB live commentary on it this time and not the after-match edited one that they use on the Reading Player highlights

Won't be the final copy as they would still have to be editing in the Promotion "bus ride" the Birmingham game plus, therefore, add the season review comments from management and palyers. Do really hope it includes the impossible dream video and/or start with the play off final defeat.

I can tell you now the impossible dream won't be on it as the club would have to pay royalties for using the music. Sunderland got in to trouble a few years back for using the "great escape" music on theirs.

It's something to with selling a dvd or cd. The artist is intitled to a percentage of each unit sold, unless the people selling the product agree a one off fee up front. An example would be Paul Weller agreed a fee with Eastenders for them to use his music, ie on the radio in the background in the cafe or on the Vic jukebox. Prior to that they would have had to pay a set amount for each time one of his tracks was used. Reading player is the same as u tube in that people can use music on the net as long as they are not making money out of it.

Mine arrived too, just finished watching it.. felt it was incredibly short compared to 05/06 winning season (I know it was our first but still)

Felt very rushed out imo

I still want this too. I've looked on the net and it's unfindable. Was on eBay for 5 minutes but the bloke was selling it for £40  ... Don't think he sold it

If only there was a way to privately share ISO's of that sort of nature over the internet securely...

Two disc set, actually quite enjoyable. First disc has all the goals and a few extended highlights of what were the televised games. The second disc pulls together the goals of the season and extended interviews with Alf, Brian and Jobi as well as brief reminders of the Forest celebrations, town parade and trophy presentation.
